The Service, or certain parts of it, are accessible only through a paid Subscription. When purchasing a Subscription, You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis (such as daily, monthly, quarterly, or annually) depending on the plan You select. The billing cycle for Your Subscription is based on the duration You choose during purchase.
At the end of each billing cycle, Your Subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions unless You cancel it or Qonta cancels it. You may cancel Your Subscription renewal at any time before the renewal date.
Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel the automatic renewal of Your Subscription either through Your Account settings or by reaching out to our support team. You are required to provide accurate and up-to-date billing information, including Your full name, address, contact number, and a valid payment method.
